DAKE Round Table – Household biowaste disposers
ðLast Tuesday 17th Mayð we participated in a roundtable organised by DAKE Culto a la Cocina / PaixÃĢo pela Cozinha in ðððĶð ððððĒðĨ where one of our partners could talk about our project ðððð ðððĨðĒ ðŠððĶð§ð ðŠðð§ððĨ and how some new elements of the kitchen could play an important role in the management of bio-waste at home and in the search for energy efficiency.

On behalf of our partner University of Valencia, Rebecca Serna GarcÃa, presented a poster of the project at the #innofuturo2021 congress.
